Licensing Terms

1. Grant of License

Elements of Proof grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational, and informational purposes, subject to these Licensing Terms and our Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Permitted Use

Under this license, you are permitted to:

• Access and view legal content within the App for personal research and education.
• Save and bookmark content for your own personal reference.
• Generate and download documents for your individual, non-commercial use.
• Share individual pieces of content with proper attribution to Elements of Proof.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Sublicense or Redistribute: Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or redistribute the App or any of its content to third parties.
• Commercial Use: Use the App or its content for any commercial purpose, including building competing products or services, without a separate commercial license agreement.
• Modification: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App or its content without prior written consent.
• White Labeling: Use the App's content, branding, or database to create a white-labeled or rebranded product.
• API Access: Access the App's underlying data or functionality through unauthorized API calls or programmatic means.
• Bulk Distribution: Distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any substantial portion of the App's content.

4. Commercial Licensing

If you are interested in using Elements of Proof content or technology for commercial purposes — including integration into legal software, educational platforms, or enterprise tools — please contact us to discuss a commercial licensing arrangement at supports@element-of-proof.com.

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including all intellectual property rights — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Elements of Proof. These Licensing Terms do not convey to you any rights of ownership in the App.

6. Attribution

Any permitted use of content from Elements of Proof must include clear attribution: "Source: Elements of Proof (elementsofproof.com)". Attribution must be visible and directly associated with the referenced content.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy any copies of content obtained from it.

8. Enforcement

Elements of Proof reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations of these Licensing Terms, including injunctive relief and damages. Unauthorized commercial use may result in claims for damages, including lost profits and statutory damages under applicable intellectual property laws.
